Happy New Year Lamkins, I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas, some well-earned time off and Santa brought you lots of biking goodies!

May your 2024 be all you want it to be and hopefully you’ve set yourself some biking resolutions, like - pass your Advanced Test, practice more, lead a group ride, get more involved with LAM, organise a trip, attend a Machine Control day, have a PTR, do the Masters, book a trackday, the list is long and varied but if you need some inspiration come along to a group meeting and have a chat.

Every LAM member is welcome and you may even meet new riding buddies.
The Tracker calendar is filling up fast with social rides, events, full members rides, AOR’s, Doctor Dave’s workshop so make sure you don’t miss out and book early, and as ever if you want to be involved, even just a one off, please let myself or the Committee know, speak to any Observer or full member and we’ll do all we can to help.

There’s no need for a lengthy CC this month (or ever I hear you cry) as John McNally our Progress Editor has kindly assembled “meet the Chair”, please say ‘hi’ if you see me about, I really am very friendly unless you park in a disabled bay at a group meeting.

Just get involved as much as you can and enjoy your advanced riding to the max your life will allow, LAM welcomes you, so here’s to a fun, productive and safe 2024 and beyond.

Ride smarter, ride safe and enjoy.

    Steve X
