Observer Intake 2018
The Training Team are holding an open evening for anyone interested in becoming an observer. We outline what is involved from a commitment and time point of view but also what assistance the Team and other observers will give you. Typically, we prefer full members who have had at least 12 months riding experience as a full member. However, the event is open to all full members irrespective of experience.
The open evening will start at 19:30 on 11th October at The Warren.
Potential candidates will undergo a riding assessment by a Training Team member. If successful, you will be provided with a full program which follows the IMI competency format and successful completion is signed off by LAM and the IMI.
